Everything you need to know for a smooth and enjoyable race day.
📍 Starting Location & Course
The race is out and back from Palmyra Community Center parking lot off Stafford Street to the Temple Road chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There will be a marked, dedicated running lane for runners.
🚗 Parking Instructions
To reduce congestion near the Community Center, all participants must park at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, entering via Foster Street. Follow signage and volunteer directions for easy access.
📝 Registration & Packet Pickup

Registration is open until 30 minutes before race time.

To guarantee your race t-shirt, register online by 1:00 pm, Friday, August 24.

Packet pick-up will be on the west side of the fairgrounds near the entrance to PCC parking before 8:30 a.m. on race day.
🏁 Start Times

5K Run: Starts promptly at 9:00 AM

1-Mile Walk (1.61 km): Begins shortly after runners have departed
⏱️ Results & Refreshments

Participants will receive a text message with their finish time shortly after crossing the finish line.

Full results will be posted on the website and searchable by bib number. Note: Names will only appear if you opted in during registration.

Refreshments: Water and snacks will be available at the finish line for all registrants.

Additional food and drinks will be available from Harvest on the Canal vendors throughout the morning.
